I add up how many chocolate chips I get to eat in a day. I like addition more than subtraction, because I like receiving items more than giving them away.

I use it when I buy stuff at the store, when I work (balancing), and to count up to the days left of class. I like addition better because it easier to think about. Subtraction makes me think too much.
